Assignment: Create a stronger brand audibly – recognizable both in marketing, shopping experience and in physical building.
Implementation: Complete sound strategy with unique compositions for spaces in the physical building, brand voice profile, musical theme and sound logo for marketing. We also divided the building into different audio zones for greater flexibility.
Result: Emporia is one of the most prestigious shopping centers in Europe and has won numerous awards. The average visitor stays longer in the shopping center, which also tops all customer surveys comparing customer experience at different shopping destinations.
Radja Sound Design Agency’s work with Emporia was appreciated with the Audio Branding Award 2013 and was a winner in Red Dot Design Award 2014.
